Do you believe?

Action Element - BeliefBelief in yourself is a powerful tool that can be used to get those winning performances that make playing sports so fun.

While it takes a strong belief in your skills to take you to your peak performance, if not managed properly, the beliefs you have about your capabilities can make your life challenging, to say the least.

“It’s the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen.” ~Muhammad Ali

I just released the second video from my new program, The Winning Process, where I take a quick look at how seeds of doubt can take hold of you at the most inopportune time, sinking your chances of a “winning” performance. I also talk about five other common struggles agility handlers often fight with.

In the first video, I asked you to take a moment and think about what winning means to you. I hope you got the opportunity to do that and were able write it down. Have it handy on a piece of paper with you when you watch this video as a reminder. Think about how your definition plays into the six common struggles.

In this video I give a sneak peak of one of the six action elements from The Winning Process and show you how you can use some of the tools and techniques from the program. You’re not going to want to miss it. The video won’t be up for long, though, so don’t hesitate for too much time. Sign up for access to the free videos here.

And don’t forget to check back tomorrow. I’ll be releasing another video and revealing the rest of the action elements from the program. It’s going to be exciting to see just how many tools and techniques you’ll be able to use when you follow The Winning Process.

I’m confident that when you see the details of this new program, you’ll see how The Winning Process can help make you the winner you want to be.

Now I posted this video a little while back, but check out what the power of belief can do.
