Shipping Rates and Information
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times are:

  • 5-7 days Canada
  • 4-10 days United States
  • 6-10 days International

Shipping will be calculated based on where we are shipping to. The shipping costs will be calculated prior to your payment so that you’ll know them in advance.

Taxes
For all items shipped to Canada (including digital products), we add the GST or HST. For anything other than digital products, we also add PST where applicable.

There are no taxes added for items shipped to the United States or Internationally.

Return Policy
In an effort to make sure all of our customers are completely happy with their purchase from Cognitive Edge, we will extend a no questions asked returns policy on any physical product purchased through our website providing it is done within 30 days of purchase and provided the product is in new condition. However, no return of shipping charges will be made. Unfortunately we can not offer any return for refund or credit on any digital content purchased and/or downloaded from Cognitive Edge. If you experience technical problems accessing a download or using the item you purchased, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem.

Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order PRIOR to shipment by contacting us through email at customerservice@cognitive-edge.ca. Be sure to include your confirmation code with your request.

Secure Shopping
We use one of today’s most advanced security systems, the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, to encrypt, or encode, information you send to us. The encryption process protects all the information that you submit to us. It is all scrambled before it is sent from your computer. Only once we receive your information is it decoded, and we make all reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our own systems.
