The undersigned, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby agree as follows:

The undersigned waives and releases any and all rights, including without limitation copyrights, the undersigned had, has, or may have to any and all content contributed by the undersigned to the Webinar, including without limitation, all statements, writings, conversations or other input, whether contributed via video, audio, digital, text, or other medium (collectively the “Content”). Cognitive Edge, John D. Cullen and its/their successors, heirs and assignees (collectively “Cognitive Edge”), shall irrevocably own any and all rights in and to the Content and may reproduce and use the Content for any lawful purpose, including the exhibition, distribution and marketing of the Webinar, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity.

The undersigned hereby releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless Cognitive Edge and shall defend Cognitive Edge from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, judgments, damages, penalties and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related directly or indirectly to the use of the Content.
